Hello, September! To-Do list for the Fall Transition.

It’s funny how this time of year triggers a huge shift. Its like I’m in “back to school” mode, even though I’m technically not going back. I have this sudden urge to drop my summer mood and revamp, reorganize, reevaluate, and cleanse every little detail of my life. It’s such a good feeling! Most importantly, I’ve become super focused on my career and goals. Ideas are seeming more and more possible. Thoughts are starting to become things. Its all so exciting🙂

I’m sharing with you my September To-Do List… nothing too crazy or profound. Just some things I think will help smooth out this transition… especially on the days that I’m feeling those end of summer blues. Feel free to add on via your comments, and I hope you take some for yourself!

  • Blog More… LOL.
  • Practice yoga or meditation DAILY. No excuses.
  • Make a commitment to your hobbies!
  • Look at your finances and re-budget (I recommend www.mint.com, and also the 50-20-30 is good rule to follow).
  • Revamp my schedule, making sure there is a balance between down time, work, and play.
  • Look at my Fall schedule from a far and get a good idea of important events/dates that are coming up. (Like my birthday, October 17. Don’t forget).
  • Clean out my computer (aka all 3,000 screenshots of random shit I’ve collected over God knows how long).
  • Clean out my phone (whyyyyy I do I have notes from 2012?)
  • Clean out my Facebook (they have a fantastic archive option so you can delete your pictures but still save them on your computer. Now people don’t have to know what a disgusting party animal you are…. Hooray!)
  • Car Wash inside and out… and commit to doing it once a month! (OMG there is SO much sand). Also, check in and see if you need an oil change or any other kind of service.
  • Get a pedicure AND a massage AND a wax. And perhaps even make a schedule to get some type of grooming on a regular basis.
  • Revamp my business (launch my website, get business cards, take over the world, etc).
  • Do a little shopping! And while you’re at it, maybe throw out one of those trashy summer crop tops.
  • Check my Fire Alarm.
  • Bring my cat to the vet. Don’t tell her I said this.
  • Change up the Home Decor.
  • Clean out your garden that literally harvested 0 crops. Buy some Fall foliage (Not actually sure what that entails).
  • Go food shopping and stop eating Thai Food every day.
  • Look up new recipes!
  • Make a list of seasonal goals. What do you want to accomplish by December?
