Accountability: we believe that doing good work is only possible when we can be held accountable, and hold one another accountable.
Community: this work is only feasible when we foster spaces of connection, belonging, and support.
Courage: this work isn’t always easy. We have to be courageous enough to say and do the challenging, and sometimes unpopular things. The reward for showing up courageously is always worth it.
Patience: anything worthwhile takes time to build and cultivate. And time takes time. We promote taking things step-by-step, day-by-day.
